Preordered something?

Preorder items are produced after the ordering period closes — they don't ship immediately. Unless stated otherwise on the product page, production and fulfillment generally take about three weeks before a tracking number is even created. If you don't have tracking yet, your order is likely still in production, not lost.

Don't See A Tracking Number Yet?

  • Check your spam or promotions folder for a shipping confirmation email.
  • Confirm you're checking the email address used at checkout.
  • If your order includes a preorder item, tracking is generated once it ships — see the note above.
  • Tracking can take up to 24–48 hours to first update after a label is created.

Tracking Says "Delivered" But You Don't Have It?

  1. Check all entrances, porches, side doors, and secure delivery areas.
  2. Ask household members or neighbors if they accepted it on your behalf.
  3. Check with apartment, condo, or mailroom staff if applicable.
  4. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
